Shipping is via FedEx Ground or USPS. Other services as necessary. All of our prices are listed on the shopping cart. Link in footer. We guarantee safe shipping and will replace any items damaged in shipping. It can take from 5 to 8 weeks to complete an order under normal circumstances.

There will be a 15% administration charge for all canceled orders. This is 15% of the total order.
Personalization favors are non refundable.
Unpersonalized favors must be returned within 2 weeks. 25% restocking fee on returned favors.
